Military ECWCS Generation Hyvat Parkas is made of 100% nylon taslon and
features a cobra hood with drawstring(with plastic adjustable pulls),
non-freezing double pull zipper, storm flap with seven snap closure, flap
covered pocket on left sleeve(velcro closure), adjustable hook and loop velcro
wrist cuffs, armpit ventilation zippers, double reinforced elbows(same
material as outer shell), badge/insignia tab with snap(located on storm flap),
interior ventilation opening, two large slash pockets(handwarmer pockets) on
front with extra large flap - double velcro single snap closure on each, two
concealed map pockets at front zipper with velcro closures(approx. 8" opening)
and elasticized inside draft skirt with drawcord at waist(no pulls). Comes in
sizes small - 3 xtra large. GSA Compliant
