Shipping: All
merchandise will be shipped UPS Ground only. At this time, we ship only to the
continental United States and Canada.
We will ship your order within 48 to 72 hours of receiving it.
Any order received on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, will be shipped within 48
hours of receiving it. Their is a flat shipping charge to Canada.
Return Policy:
VPCAM.COM customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to
return any merchandise
VPCAM.COM will not accept any returned merchandise
without a valid RA#.
Please contact VPCAM.COM for a return authorization
#. We want all returns to go as smooth as possible. Please be sure of size
when making a purchase. Any questions about sizing, please E-mail us. We will
gladley help you out.
VPCAM.COM will not accept any returns of product submitted
more than 5 days after receipt of order to customer.
Contact VPCAM.COM within 5 days of receiving your
order. We will not be obligated to accept any returns there after.
We cannot accept returned goods that have been
soiled in any way. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returned
merchandise, except for mis-ship of product or defect in product.
For sanitary reasons, we do not
accept returns on swimwear, hoisery, underwear or hats.
Shipping
charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We do not do
exchanges. Please contact VPCAM.COM for a return authorization #. When the
item is returned, you will be issued a refund. Reorder the item in the size
you desire.
We will only exchange merchandise if there was a mis-shipment, wrong
size shipped other than was specified by the customer, or a defect in
merchandise.
If
you received our free shipping promotion (your order was over $199.00) and you
return your order making the new total under $199.00, the original full
shipping charges will be deducted before your credit is issued.
If you take advantage of our 10% off promotion and you return one
or two of the items, bringing your order under three items, the
original 10% discount will be deducted before your credit is issued.
Restocking Fees:
Non-defective merchandise returned to VPCAM.COM for any reason other than a
mis-ship of product, there will be a 20% restocking fee. This will be
deduducted from the amount of the original purchase (shipping cost is
non-refundable).
On
all returns it may take up to 2 weeks from the day we receive your return
before your account is credited.
Product must be received by us in original
condition, meaning tags on clothing must still be attached.

We accept payment thru Paypal only. There
is no minimum requirement for products on international orders. Currency
accepted is in USD

do not accept international credit cards under any circumstances. We further
do not accept international orders that have USA
issued credit cards for their billing address and international shipping
addresses or international credit cards with USA
shipping addresses. Any order received with an international credit card will
automatically be cancelled, there are no exceptions
.
All
duties, taxes, and miscellaneous charges that may be imposed by your country
and any additional charges that may be incurred, should you refuse your
package, will be deducted from your refund. No Exceptions.
